How far in advance should I order?

We recommend at least 24 hours' notice so we can source the freshest ingredients and prepare everything with care. On a tighter timeline? Rush service is available when we can accommodate it. Just reach out.

Can you accommodate dietary needs and allergies?

Absolutely. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, nut allergies, kosher. Whatever your passengers require, just let us know and we'll build the menu around it.

Where and when do you deliver?

We deliver to private aviation hubs across Arizona: PHX (Phoenix Sky Harbor), SDL (Scottsdale), DVT (Phoenix Deer Valley), AZA / IWA (Phoenix-Mesa Gateway), GYR (Phoenix Goodyear), CHD (Chandler Municipal), FFZ (Falcon Field, Mesa), GEU (Glendale Municipal), TUS (Tucson International), DMA (Davis-Monthan AFB), FLG (Flagstaff Pulliam), PRC (Prescott Regional), and SEZ (Sedona). We typically arrive about two hours before wheels up so your setup is easy, and if your airport isn't listed, just ask.

How is the food packaged for the cabin?

Every order is freshly prepared, beautifully presented, clearly labeled, and sealed for clean, mess-free service onboard, designed to plate quickly in a tight galley.

Is there an order minimum?

Yes. Orders start at a $250 food and beverage minimum. Most flights reach it easily, and we'll help you build a menu that fits your passengers and the occasion.
