When you request a quote, place a catering order, or contact us (including through our online intake forms, by email, or by phone), we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company or aircraft operator name, flight and aircraft details (such as departure airport and time), passenger counts, menu selections, dietary preferences, allergies and special requests, delivery details, and the billing and payment information needed to process your order.

2.2 Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics provider automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and browser type, operating system, referring and exit pages, the pages and links you interact with, and the dates and times of your visits.

3.1 We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors find and use the Site.
